Delete Your Twist Duel Account
If you'd like to delete your Twist Duel account and all associated data, follow these steps:
Option 1: In the Twist Duel app
- Open the app and tap Account (or your profile picture)
- Scroll down and tap Delete my account
- Confirm your choice
This immediately deletes your profile and all linked data.
Option 2: Email us
Send an email to support@tikkogames.com with:
- Subject: "Delete my Twist Duel data"
- Include your in-game nickname or user ID if you know it
We'll process your request within 7 days and confirm via email.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we immediately and permanently remove:
- Your profile, nickname, and country
- Your trophies, coins, and skins
- Your missions and achievements
- Your match history and results
- All personal data we hold about you
What stays (anonymized)
Your past runs that are part of other players' match history will remain as anonymous "Player" ghosts — with no link back to you or your account.

حذف حساب Twist Duel
إذا كنت تريد حذف حساب Twist Duel والبيانات المرتبطة به، اتبع هذه الخطوات:
الخيار الأول: من تطبيق Twist Duel
- افتح التطبيق واضغط على الحساب (أو صورة ملفك الشخصي)
- مرّر للأسفل واضغط على احذف حسابي
- أكّد اختيارك
هذا يحذف ملفك الشخصي وجميع البيانات المرتبطة فوراً.
الخيار الثاني: راسلنا
أرسل إيميل إلى support@tikkogames.com مع:
- الموضوع: "Delete my Twist Duel data"
- ضمّن اسمك المستعار في اللعبة أو معرّف المستخدم إذا كنت تعرفه
سنعالج طلبك خلال 7 أيام ونؤكد عبر الإيميل.
ما الذي يُحذف
عند حذف حسابك، نمسح فوراً ونهائياً:
- ملفك الشخصي واسمك المستعار وبلدك
- كؤوسك وعملاتك وأشكالك
- مهامك وإنجازاتك
- سجل مبارياتك ونتائجك
- جميع البيانات الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها عنك
ما يبقى (مجهول الهوية)
لعباتك السابقة التي أصبحت جزءاً من سجل لاعبين آخرين تبقى كـ"أشباح" مجهولة باسم "Player" — بدون أي رابط يعود إليك أو إلى حسابك.
